At GrowSkills, we offer instructor-led online live sessions and self paced online courses covering Language and career development courses.

Q 2. Who are the instructors @ GrowSkills?
Our Instructor led live online courses will be handled by corporate professionals who are working in leading organizations and are veterans in their respective fields. These experts belong to various industries and are willing to share their expertise and talent. We also partner with leading instructors, premium learning content houses, universities across the globe.

Our Teachers and Instructors are Drs in BUE ( British University ) and GUC ( German University )

Q 3. How are classes @ GrowSkills conducted?
Live instructor led Online courses are taught by live instructors on a specific day and time and with a set duration. Learners can take these courses through online video streaming from anywhere and users can interact with instructor by speaking, chatting and sharing screen. Users can speak by using a microphone. Our Self paced online courses are provided in the form of high quality pre-recorded videos and these courses can be learned at their own pace , on their own time. These courses can be accessed from anywhere in the world. These courses are a combination of Video, audio, PPT, PDF, etc.

Q 4. What is the difference between pre-recorded video session and instructor-led online live sessions?
Every user will be given weekly assignments, case studies and quizzes so that the instructor can track and observe their progress. You can complete practicals at your own pace within the time guidelines given by your course instructor. These assignments will be based on each course duration.

Q 5. Can I take my courses irrespective of my location?
Yes, you can take the courses irrespective of your location. Please make sure you adhere to the course perquisites.

Q 6. What are the payment options?
You can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking from all the leading banks. We also accept cheque payments. Our Service Support Team is there to assist you in case you face any issues.

Q 7. What is the refund policy @ GrowSkills ?
@ GrowSkills , we are dedicated to provide maximum satisfaction to our learners/users . There is no refund policy with GrowSkills .

Q 8.What internet speed is required to attend the online live sessions?
For a live instructor led online course, we recommend 1Mbps of internet speed. However, learners can take sessions with lower internet speed also. You just need adequate internet speed to go through our self paced online course.

Q 9. How will I do the practicals for Live instructor led online course?
Every user will be given weekly assignments, case studies and quizzes so that the instructor can track and observe their progress. You can complete practicals at your own pace within the time guidelines given by your course instructor. These assignments will be based on each course duration.


Q10 . Do you also provide any course material?
In addition to the class videos in uploadable format, we will also provide the PPTs, PDFs, and codes related to the topics in the downloadable form.


Q 11. How long do I have access to course material?
@ GrowSkill , once you register with us for a particular course, you get a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 1 year access to the course materials.


Q 12. I have enrolled to a live instructor led course. What if I don't have the specific configuration of hardware that is required to do the programming/coding?
Our Instructor Community Team and Service Support Team will help you set up the environment for programming/coding in the best possible manner. In case the setup does not work, they will provide you with controllers by sharing screens so that you can do the programming by attending lab hours at your convenience.

Q 13. Do you provide any Certification for live instructor led online courses? If yes, what is the Certification process?
In case of live instructor led online course, towards the end of the course, the instructor will allot you a real-time project to help you have a clear understanding of how to conceptualize and implement the real-world application. We will provide you with constant support and assistance in completing the project assignment. On successful completion of the assignment, it will be reviewed by the instructor and you will be awarded a certificate with performance-based grading.


Q 14. In case of live instructor led course, How can a student access the online class in the event of an Internet disconnect? Does the student lose that day's class lecture forever?
Users can go through the class recordings or attend the same class in a different batch taken by a different/same instructor. In no event will you lose a lecture forever. You can always watch the session being taken by your instructor on your user page.

Q 15. How will GrowSkills assist me if I face any problems while installing?
@ GrowSkills, we have dedicated 24x7 support to clarify anything you need. If at all, you need any assistance in debugging or installation, the Service Support Team will be there for your assistance.

Q 16. How will I get support @ GrowSkills ?

Q 17. What if I miss a Live session for a course?
You need not worry at all in case you miss any session. After each live session, users will be able to access the recorded session on the user page. You just need to log in with your respective username and access the missed session. In addition to this, you can also take that session in a different batch.

Q 18. Is the course material accessible to the students even after the course training finishes?
After you log in on the user page, you will be able to see recordings of all sessions that have happened till date in an uploadable format. The other course-related materials like PPTs, project docs, sample codes etc. will be there on your user page which you can access any time you want.

Q 19. Is there any project supported with the course?
Yes, the instructor will allot you a real-time project to have a clear understanding of how you are able to conceptualize and implement the real-world application of the course content.

Q 20. Is there any project supported with the course?
If you require extra assistance, we can help you with a 1 to 1 session with your batch instructor and Teachers certified and Authorized with EST and Cambridge University .

Q 21. What if I am not able to clear the Certification exam in first attempt?
In case of live instructor led course, after the instructor's review, if your project is not approved, then we will provide you with extra assistance for any queries/doubts.

Q 22. Do I get any assistance after completion of my sessions?
Yes, our instructors will always be there to resolve your queries and take your doubts even after the completion of the course. You can also, utilize public discussion forum to clarify your doubts.

Q 23. What are the minimum system requirements to participate in a live instructor class?
You will need a minimum 1Mbps broadband connection to participate in a live video class along with a basis system (desktop/laptop) config:

-4 GB RAM
-Intel Core 2 Duo Processor or higher
-20 GB Hard Disk space
-Headset with microphone (for audio) or you can also use the built-in laptop microphone.
