We are a professional training and consulting firm GrowSkills | Educational & Language Testing Institute seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage all aspects of training sales and business growth within the private and public sector in GrowSkills | English Examination .
You will need to already have proven experience in selling training programs and writing proposals for the same. You will be the only BDM and as such will be fully responsible for results.

We are GrowSkills.co.uk Educational and Language Testing Institute based UK and our Office in Egypt offering professional Career in Business Development and other areas in Language and Examination. We seek a self-driven, energetic professional who can identify and build opportunities with new and existing clients within the government and private sector ( Individuals & Corporate ).
You will be required to develop your own leads, make cold calls, do follow ups, and arrange visits with companies to present to them and offer them our training services.
You will also be required to track all your communications, calls and meetings in Excel and provide reports of your weekly performance.
Your performance and commission will be tied to how many new client relationships you initiate, and how much training sales you can generate.
This is a performance-based job. We pay a basic salary plus commission on sales. You will be required to meet minimum sales targets as a condition of employment.
Skills:
Candidate must have:
1- Prior experience in professional training field as sales or business development.
2- Strong and verifiable written skills with excellent grammar
3- Strong selling and follow up skills
4-Professional selling skills by phone, in-person and written
5- Willingness to make a high number of cold and other calls per day.
6- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7- Ability to construct own sales proposals.
8- Ability to work effectively in a flat team environment.
9- Self motivated, energetic and target driven.
10- Willingness to conduct cold-calls and sales pitches & presentations
11- Excellent skills in using MS Office (you will be tested)
12- Valid EG driver's license
13- Digital Marketing experience is a PLUS

9- Maintaining good working relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
