About the Job

• Promoting high stander of Teaching and learning through "Inspiration, innovation and leadership".
• Lead and manage Teachers performance (attending classes, and preparing the agenda for regular meetings to review examination results and departmental development plans) .
• Taking responsibility for academic outcome.
• Strategic planning and curriculum development.
• Developing strategies to drive up academic standers.
• Supervise Education Team
• Coordinate with CEO on strategic planning.
• Work with the Education Team to set up program materials.
• Approve the new curriculum after checking the quality of the materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of related background education.
• Native/ Fluent English Language
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Teaching Certificate
• Previous work experience in English institutions as education manager
• Previous experience in creating teaching curriculum, developing materials.
• Previous work experience in teaching ESL , Business English, TESOL and technical English.

Employment Status: Part time.

Work Place: We’re based in Dokki-Metro El behos Station (20 El Ansar St.) GrowSkills Building .
