DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented professional with full cycle recruiting experience to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable candidates to fill our job openings. The goal is to source top talent from various channels for a diverse range of positions, gain competitive advantage and fuel our company’s growth. This is an exciting role within a fast growing, international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and update job descriptions & vacancy advertisements
  • Prepare & Post vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools – including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Engage proactively with ‘passive’ candidates and develop talent pools/networks, ahead of vacancy requisitions, to help improve the ‘time to hire’
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Build rapport and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related field
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or MBA will be an asset
  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, assessment tests etc)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with candidate databases, applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for projects assigned
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
