DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our Quality & Assessment Team and contribute to department’s goals. You will be responsible for managing the Accreditation Team and ensuring the accreditation and compliance of Test Centers according to Company’s standards and regulations. The position reports to Quality & Assessment Director. GrowSkills | Educational & Language Testing Institute 

IESOL - ISESOL - IELTS - TOEFL - GRE - GMAT - SAT - PTE Academic . 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and manage the Accreditation Team
• Achieve quality assurance objectives for the Accreditation processes
• Review and update / improve department’s policies, manuals, guides and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness and to maximize output. 
• Ensure compliance of Test Centers with GrowSkills’s and other external bodies’ standards and regulations. 
• Participate in complaint, malpractice or/and appeal management processes
• Manage the Internal & External Assessors (training, monitoring, coordination, evaluation, development, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day activities, analyze statistics and prepare reports for the Quality & Assessment Director
• Contribute to strategic planning through suggestion, preparation and implementation of action plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Quality Management or Business Administration. A relevant master’s degree would be considered as an asset.
• At least 10 years of working experience, 5 of them in a relevant position. Working experience acquired abroad or in international environment would be considered as an asset
• Full understanding of quality management systems and relative international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17024, ISO 10002 etc)
• Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2).
• Effective communication and excellent report writing skills
• Well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure towards tight deadlines
• ECDL Core/Expert certification and prior working experience in the personnel certification field will be considered an asset.
