About the Job
  • Teaching & training 
  • Preparation for training & for the new courses
  • Prepare outlines & course design 
  • Make presentation for our courses for the clients when needed
  • Attending on-site / in-house Events and Seminars
  • Prepare Reports and Evaluations for learners:
  • Demonstrating effective planning and organization; 
  • Using The center method and individualized educational plans as a framework for lesson planning; 
  • Communicating standards, achievements and areas of growth to students; 
  • Defining learning expectations and providing timely evaluative feedback on student performance; 
  • Motivating and engaging students in meaning learning and growth; 
  • Implementing a variety of strategies to address students’ learning strengths and areas of weakness, learning styles, and various ‘intelligences’ as well as learning how to learn; 
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with students; 
  • Demonstrating effective interpersonal relationships; 
  • Demonstrating effective positive classroom management strategies; 
  • Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning;
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college in IT/Computer Applications/ Hardware & Networking or any other relevant discipline.
  • Master’s Degree from any reputed university would be preferable.
  • Must be ICDL Certified.
  • Specific professional technical training and/or certifications in the area of hardware and networking is highly preferable.
  • 2+ years of Work experience in similar capacity with IT training and/or core IT infrastructure implementation/ maintenance environment preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, manage and complete training programs for students at various levels of knowledge ( from novice to expert).
  • Proven Hands on experience in handling networking labs with minimum and/or no assistance.
  • Strong understanding of training metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand how to motivate teams and individuals.
  • Good organizational, time management and goal setting skills.
  • Demonstrated work effectiveness as a team member and a team leader in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills for interaction with: Call Centre Customers, Employees of the system.
  • Must be bi-lingual (English & Arabic) and proficient in training in both languages
