About the Job
GrowSkills is looking for Native English Instructor to join the team.
Currently, GrowSkills is seeking high-caliber, passionate, enthusiastic and accountable native English speaking teachers to be a team player of our high-quality teaching team. The selected candidates will be teaching at designated kindergartens/primary schools and in-house programs at our learning centers with the following roles and responsibilities:
- deliver classes at designated kindergartens/primary schools and GrowSkills Education Centers;
- design and develop lessons and class activities independently;
- produce periodic evaluation reports on students;
- participate in in-house training to improve teaching methodology;
- assist in organizing and attending school activities and events.
The candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Prepare classroom activities that match the type and model of curriculum.
- Teach classes of adult learners using the unique teaching style deployed at the GrowSkills Examination Institute.
- Attend all training sessions.
- Prepare reports on progression.
- Deliver placement tests if and where required.
- Manage classrooms to produce a conducive environment for active learning.
- Monitor student performance, attendance and activities.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Investigate and understand causes for student absences.
- Develop the language aptitude for the students as they navigate through the various levels.
- Resolving Conflicts where they arise and Negotiating with Others -- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with other.
- Assisting others
- Providing personal assistance, customers, or patients.
- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Developing Objectives and Strategies
- To improve performance of teachers and student.
- Need to conceptualize the road map for English development through the upcoming levels.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Active.
- Foreigner Nationality.
- Teaching background.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible with the working hours.
- Native English speakers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in English education field (essential) and good understanding in grammar (essential).
- The candidate must be a fluent speaker of English (essential) and have native like acquisition and accent.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree at least
Experience:
- More than 1 year
