About the Job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing educational guidance and assistance for students by recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students.
• Acquiring business from new clients by
  1- Conducting sales/ placement test interviews & presenting the suitable GrowSkills Examination Institute
  2- Providing prospect clients with program proposals & any needed information.
  3- Following up on prospect customers to ensure enrollment. and for Re-enrollment like ( calls and Class Visits )
  4- Achieving monthly sales targets.
  5- Conducting & analyzing the final evaluation survey to help assess re-enrollment ratio. 
• Develop a solid work relationship with Operations team to facilitate better delivery & sales opportunities.
• Completing sales reports as needed to track all sales activities including calls, interviews & sales.
• Responsible to fill the quarterly Schedule
• One month ahead from the starting date
• Responsible for updating the schedule if needed
• Create customer profile
• Responsible for the customer data entry on the system

Job Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• ​Bachelor of related background education.
• Fluent/ Excellent English Language
• Previous experience in Training Institutions is preferable
• 2-3 years of experience in the education field

Physical Requirements:

• English language ( Fluent/Native) is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentable
