About the Job
- As a member of the Marketing Departments, the Social Media Strategist collaborates with other departments within GrowSkills to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.
- They are responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media communications, including advertisements. They use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop GROWSKILLS’s overall social media presence
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job Requirements
- Arabic/ English Typing Speed skills.
- Excellent English in writing and reading
- Previous Experience in Advertisements and Facebook Posting
