DESCRIPTION
The Marketing & Communications department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global marketing & communications strategy for all brands. This includes supporting the organisation’s global business & sales strategy at a both corporate and product level, through ongoing market monitoring, competition analysis, pricing and product development. The marketing department drives marketing initiatives for different target groups -current clients, potential partners and individuals-, and products, through market segmentation, the production of marketing material and brochures, events participation, customer communications, newsletters, business proposals, social media campaigns and internet marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications you will provide general administrative support to Marketing & Communications team, as well as work closely with Product Managers to ensure that all assistance is provided for the successful implementation of GROWSKILLS marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications and Product Management teams on maximising output of all marketing activities, as and where required
  • Provide administrative support for all conferences and events, working closely with the Marketing Associate.
  • Manage library of GROWSKILLS marketing collateral, ensuring information validity, relevance and adequate printed supplies
  • Assist with the delivery of all Digital Marketing activities, including Email Marketing, and becomes proficient in mass-mail engines, such as MailChimp.
  • Propose new ways to review and refresh marketing materials, keeping costs at a minimum without sacrificing on impact
  • Provide administrative support for signing-off of all expense approvals.
  • Responsible for the administration of all team meetings
  • Work closely with Line Manager to implement customer surveys.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business or related field, a Master’s degree and relevant international certifications will be appreciated
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital communications and social media marketing, preferably in an international environment would be considered as an asset
  • Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+
  • Expert user of the English language (C2 level)
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
