DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an international Product Manager who is passionate about maximising product value, uncovering consumer insights and developing global B2B & B2C marketing strategies, aiming to enhance our value proposition, improve customer experience and drive growth.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and act as the connecting link between business, technology and UX. The ideal candidate must be savvy in at least one, passionate about all three, and conversant with practitioners in all.

You should be obsessed with optimising a product to achieve the business goals while maximising return on investment. You should possess big-picture vision, drive and abilities to turn that vision into reality.

You must enjoy spending time to identify current and future technology trends and have a flair for innovative solutions. Attention to detail and an appreciation for high quality, along with the ability to communicate technical capabilities into consumer benefits are absolutely essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead market research, competition analysis and consumer behaviour analysis
  • Position the organisation’s technology and certification programmes across B2B & B2C channels
  • Manage new product rollout and coordinate internal stakeholders on product specifications
  • Develop product sales forecast and P&L
  • Turn product strategies into tactical plans and go-to-market activities
  • Engage with our global sales team to consolidate market intelligence and devise appropriate strategies
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to coordinate and implement joint campaigns globally
  • Organise campaigns across diverse marketing channels, measure performance and report against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Coordinate content, design and communication implementations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in professional services or technology marketing, preferably in an international environment as product or marketing manager
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and digital marketing best practice
  • Ability to think “out of the box” and “connect the dots”, passion for success and drive for results
  • Experience in market segmentation and CTA campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking; comfortable working with numbers and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for an international environment
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • BSc/MSc in Marketing and Communications, Business or related field; Relevant international certifications will be considered an asset
  • ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset.
